You may have heard the word “Heartbleed” in the last day or two. It refers to a serious glitch a way information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.

A small number of Lattice Group servers were vulnerable to this problem. They have been fixed, and we have no evidence of any attempted intrusions or attacks. We are notifying affected clients with further instructions— if you do not hear from us, your website or application was not affected.

We advise everyone to check with their financial institutions and other sensitive accounts and update their passwords if advised to do so.
